Ludwigia : a beautiful but invasive plant
Species of Ludwigia are now found around the pond. The yellow flowers are beautiful but if nothing is done, the surface of pond could be totally recovered by vegetation, inducing oxygenation problems for the fishes.
Therefore, this summer, we have extracted as much as possible roots of this invasive plant.
