50% deposit on booking + check of deposit cleaning and breakage of 600€ (made after status on the day of departure). Payment of the balance within 60 days of arrival. Cancellation without charge before 60 days. Between 30 and 60 days before booking: amounts due = 50% of deposit. Between 0 and 30 days before booking: sum due = 100% of deposit
We provide finishing cleaning. You are required to leave the room in good condition and tidy (empty garbage cans, clean dishes, row, tidy furniture, oven cleaned) at your departure, otherwise an amount will be taken from the deposit.
