Bed linen and towels not included (charged extra if you wish – flat rate of € 11 and € 9 per person respectively).
When you leave, you are required to leave your accommodation tidy and in a perfect state of cleanliness.
40% deposit on booking + 200 Euros “breakage & cleanliness” deposit check (returned after inventory on the day of your departure). Balance no later than 60 days before arrival. Cancellation free of charge 60 days before arrival. Beyond that, the deposit is retained.
Tourist tax in addition to be paid on arrival.
